INDICATION• Coryza (snot, swollen face) • Fowl cholera (greenish droppings, dyspnea, swelling of wattle and comb) • Pullorum (whitish droppings, appear to be feeling cold) • CRD (snoring) DOSAGE & ADMINISTRATION• Chicken < 4 weeks  : ½ capsule per day • Chicken 4-8 weeks  : ½ capsule twice per day • Chicken > 8 weeks  : 1 capsule twice per day Administered for 4-5 consecutive days CAUTION• Stop giving Vita Tetra-Chlor 3 days before poultry is slaughtered for human consumption • Store in a tightly closed container, in a dry and cool place, protected from direct sunlight PACKINGBox      : 50 sachets     @       10 capsules             : 12 bottles      @       50 capsules Bottle    :  1 bottle        @     300 capsules For veterinary use only
